Boogie likens Kentucky's Monk-Fox combo to Wall-Bledsoe
Demarcus Cousins is having flashbacks watching this year's Kentucky team.
The Sacramento Kings star big man was an influential part of a Kentucky squad that included a backcourt composed of current NBA stars John Wall and Eric Bledsoe. Cousins thinks very highly of the pair, and seemingly sees a lot of them in the pairing of current Wildcats Malik Monk and De'Aaron Fox.
"The way they play together is like watching John and Eric, all over again," Cousins told Jeff Goodman of ESPN on Friday.
Cousins clearly thinks highly of the pairing, but does he see Monk and Fox as better individual players as well?
"Individually, no," Cousins said. "Together? I think they are. They play with great chemistry."
Both Wall and Bledsoe played together with Cousins on the Kentucky team that was eliminated by West Virginia in the Elite Eight of the 2010 March Madness tournament.
