As the Golden State Warriors watched disbelievingly while their 24-point lead slipped away against the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night, Draymond Green got into Kevin Durant during a timeout with what looked like either a fiery pep talk or a stern talking to, or a combination of both.
Whatever it was, it didn't work. The Grizzlies tied the game on the ensuing possession, and then beat the lifeless Warriors to a pulp in overtime. Seems unlikely the chatter was any friendlier in the locker room after the game.
