Jimmy Butler and Fred Hoiberg appeared to be on different wavelengths during Wednesday's defeat to the Atlanta Hawks.
The Bulls shooting guard looked less than impressed with his coach late in the fourth, waving off Hoiberg's request to call a timeout on the ensuing possession.
Fortunately for Butler, the strategy worked, as he banked in a shot moments later.
Butler and Hoiberg have been on icy terms since last season, when the three-time All-Star called out the Bulls bench boss for being too laid-back.
Butler finished with 40 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals in the defeat.
