Jason Williams reveals how he got 'White Chocolate' nickname
KG's Area 21/Twitter
Jason Williams sat down with Kevin Garnett in "Area 21" on Thursday, and revealed the origin of his "White Chocolate" nickname.
"I think somebody in Sacramento in the PR department gave it to me," the former NBA point guard said. "It didn't bother me at all. I look at the game, once you go in between the lines, all the white, black - that's all out the door. If you can hoop, you can hoop."
And yes, that's a white chocolate fountain on the table in front of Williams.
