In the battle of elite young bigs, seniority won out Friday. Granted, at 23, Anthony Davis is only two years older than Karl-Anthony Towns, but the New Orleans Pelicans got the win while Davis scored 42 points - his sixth 40-plus point outing of the season.
Only James Harden (8) and Russell Westbrook (8) have more 40-plus scoring performances.
