Report: Mavericks sign Ben Bentil, Quinn Cook to 10-day contracts

The Dallas Mavericks signed power forward Ben Bentil and guard Quinn Cook to 10-day contracts, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein.
Dallas had open roster spots after waiving point guard Deron Williams, and trading Andrew Bogut and Justin Anderson to the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday.
Bentil was chosen with the 51st pick in the 2016 draft by the Boston Celtics, but failed to make the opening roster after failing to impress in three preseason games.
Cook has put up monster numbers for the D-League's Canton Charge this season, averaging 26.1 points, 6.7 assists, four rebounds, and 1.1 steals on 47.7 percent from the field and 37.1 percent from distance.
