The Boston Celtics discovered a successful formula against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night: Throw the ball up toward the rim, and let Jaylen Brown do the rest.
Already the beneficiary of one alley-oop pass in the game, the rookie swingman got up for another in the fourth quarter. This one, courtesy of Avery Bradley, was a bit off the mark, but the leaping Brown somehow cradled the ball with his outstretched left hand, switched it to his right on his way down, and flipped it up and in.
