Atlanta Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer has been suspended one game for making contact with a game official during his team's 135-130 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, the league announced Saturday.
At the 2:42 mark of the third quarter, Budenholzer was whistled for a technical foul after bumping into the referee on the sidelines, irate that LeBron James wasn't called for an offensive foul after knocking down Hawks swingman Kent Bazemore.
He'll serve his suspension March 5 when the Hawks host the visiting Indiana Pacers at Philips Arena.
The 2015 NBA Coach of the Year also bumped an official in a game against the Cavaliers back in November 2015, although he only received a $25,000 fine for his actions that time.
