Timberwolves-Trail Blazers postponed due to poor court conditions
The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Monday their contest versus the Portland Trail Blazers has been postponed due to poor court conditions at Target Center.
A makeup date has yet to be set.
Leading up to the 7 p.m. CST tipoff, it was reportedly 60 degrees in the arena while there was ice under the court after hosting "Disney On Ice" shows over the last five days.

All-Star Damian Lillard was highly skeptical pregame of the state of the hardwood, saying it "ain't in condition to play" and there's "no way" the game's happening on the slippery floor, which Meyers Leonard described as "slicker than snot."

The players were warming up when they were asked to exit the court at approximately 6 p.m.
The T-Wolves then announced they lowered the temperature in the building to combat condensation caused by humidity, and would give it about half an hour before determining whether or not the show would go on.
Portland leads the season series against its Northwest Division rival, 1-0, having taken the first matchup 95-89 on New Year's Day. The Trail Blazers are 1.5 games back of the final playoff spot, while the Timberwolves are three games out.
Earlier this season, a tilt between the Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings was postponed for the same reason.
