Wolves' Bjelica out for season with foot injury

Minnesota Timberwolves forward Nemanja Bjelica has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a left foot injury during Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics, the team announced.
The 28-year-old had been a consistent performer this season, averaging 6.2 points and 3.8 rebounds off the bench, while appearing in 65 of 67 games. His 3-point shooting fell off from last season (down from 38.4 percent to 31.6), but his presence still provided the Wolves with a necessary floor-spacer in the frontcourt, and they outscored opponents with him on the floor.
Bjelica was also in the midst of his strongest stretch of the campaign, having averaged 8.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists over his last 10 games.
