Embiid teased for long rookie stint in Jolly Rancher ad

Few things last longer than a Jolly Rancher.
Joel Embiid's time as a rookie is one of those things.
The jolly Philadelphia 76ers big man stars in a new commercial for the brand of hard candy about the plight of his extended rookiehood.
After being drafted in 2014, Embiid was sidelined for two years due to foot injuries. He made his NBA debut this season, and absolutely dominated while he was on the court. However, that time was limited, as he was on a minutes restriction and was partially held out of back-to-backs until earlier this month, when he was shut down for the remainder of 2016-17.
Being a rookie may suck, but at least it's finally almost over for "The Process."
