Raptors' Serge Ibaka: Could face suspension

Ibaka could face a suspension following his ejection from Tuesday's game against the Bulls.

Analysis:

In the third quarter, Ibaka was involved in a brief melee with Robin Lopez, in which both players threw noticeable punches. While neither punch actually landed, the league does take intent into account, and it's expected that Ibaka will be hit with a suspension sometime Wednesday. The Raptors have recalled Pascal Siakam from the D-League, perhaps in preparation for an Ibaka absence Thursday against Miami.
