If the NBA's dress code is in effect, Dwyane Wade is doing his very best to narrowly avoid it on the bench on Wednesday night.
According to the 'business casual' code implemented in 2005, players must wear a sportcoat on the bench when they are not in uniform. Not permitted are "chains, pendants, or medallions worn over a player's clothes."
Well, if your shirt is low-cut enough, the chains aren't exactly over them. And surely the 2005 rule makers weren't prepared for this short-sleeved sportcoat. Was anyone prepared for the short-sleeved sportcoat?
Regardless, Wade looks more South Beach 1978 than Windy City 2017 in March. And we're totally fine with that.
