Kings' Arron Afflalo: Starting Friday

Afflalo will start at small forward for Friday's game against the Lakers.

Analysis:

Afflalo has missed for of the previous five games for rest, personal reasons, and most recently, a lower back strain. However, he was considered probable heading into the evening, so it is not surprising that he is playing. It was unclear if he would start though, as Tyreke Evans had been doing a serviceable job. Afflalo will indeed replace Evans Friday, but expect the team to continue shuffling around their starters as the season winds down.
