Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne are being sued by an adult video company over subpar conditions in a California home they rented from the sidelined NBA star, according to Los Angeles County Superior Court documents cited by TMZ.
Colette and Brigham Field, founders of erotic digital media company X-art, apparently claim they paid $138,000 to use Bosh's Pacific Palisades home last year as the setting for hardcore sex videos. However, the report claims that unsanitary conditions such as toxic mold, plumbing issues, and rat feces derailed their plans.
According to TMZ, the Fields are seeking $92,000 back, plus unspecified damages.
While Bosh has yet to officially retire, his NBA career is in all likelihood over due to a life-threatening blood clot condition that first manifested itself in 2015. He has not played a game for the Miami Heat since Feb. 9, 2016.
