LaVar fires back at Shaq: Why doesn't your son wear your signature shoe?
Yet another Hall of Famer has drawn the ire of LaVar Ball.
Shaquille O'Neal criticized Ball when news broke that his son Lonzo's new signature shoe, the "ZO2 Prime," would retail for $495 per pair. The legendary big man said it's unfair to overcharge kids for kicks.
The father of the former UCLA star responded Monday on FOX Sports 1's "Undisputed" with the following:
Shaq was saying, 'Oh, LaVar you need to make it for the kids.' No, that's your lane, you make it for 'em. It got two lanes they can come in.
He makes his shoe, his Shaq Attaq. How come his son don't wear it? It's a family thing. See, my son wears my shoe. It's a family thing.

Say what you will about the outspoken Ball, but he's not wrong about Shaq's son Shareef. The five-star forward, who recently committed to Arizona, doesn't play in Shaq Attaqs.
However, Ball's other two sons, LiAngelo and LaMelo, won't be able to rock any Big Baller Brand shoes while they're playing for UCLA (beginning in 2017 and 2019, respectively) per the Bruins' massive deal with Under Armour.
