Full list of 2016-17 awards finalists
The finalists for the KIA performance awards were unveiled on Inside the NBA prior to Game 2 between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics.
The winners for each award will be revealed as part of the NBA Awards on TNT, hosted by performing artist Drake, set to air June 26.
Here are the finalists for each award:
Most Valuable Player: Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Kawhi Leonard
Defensive Player of the Year: Kawhi Leonard, Draymond Green, Rudy Gobert
Coach of the Year: Erik Spoelstra, Gregg Popovich, Mike D'Antoni
Rookie of the Year: Joel Embiid, Dario Saric, Malcolm Brogdon
Most Improved Player: Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Rudy Gobert
Sixth Man of the Year: Eric Gordon, Lou Williams, Andre Iguodala
Other awards to be presented at the show include: the All-Defensive teams, the All-Rookie teams, the Sportsmanship Award, the Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award, Executive of the Year, and the NBA Cares Community Assist Award.
