LeBron James is somehow the underdog once again.
William Hill is the first Nevada sportsbook to offer betting odds for Finals MVP, and it likes Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant as the most likely winner.
Durant is listed at 7-5, followed by teammate Stephen Curry at 8-5. James, who has won the award in each of his three championships, is 2-1.
Technically, the Boston Celtics could still win the title provided they first overcome a 3-1 deficit against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but no members of the Celtics were given odds to win Finals MVP.
