LeBron's L.A. home vandalized with racist graffiti

LeBron James has been victimized in an apparent hate crime.

The N-word was spray-painted across the front gate of a property in Los Angeles believed to be owned by the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar, and police are investigating it as a possible hate crime.

LAPD responded to the home early Wednesday and sought security footage from neighbors to help find the person who vandalized the site. The graffiti was painted over before officers arrived, police told The Associated Press.

James, who purchased the house in 2015, wasn't present at the time of the crime. He's in San Francisco with his club, which is preparing for Thursday's Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

His agent, Rich Paul, declined to comment.
