Patrick Beverley fans the flames of his own trade rumors

Houston Rockets point guard Patrick Beverley is known for his lockdown defense, but he was anything but defensive while confronting rumors that his tenure in Texas may be coming to an end.

So by Beverley's own admittance: There is a story here, and Beverley could indeed be moving on via trade.
The Rockets have been linked as dark horse contenders for the services of Chris Paul, or even Paul George, but would need to shed considerable salary to fit another max player alongside James Harden. Beverley is owed $10,500,000 in salary over the next two seasons, making him a prime candidate to be traded.
