Embiid implores Simmons to dunk on Lonzo so hard LaVar has to save him

Lonzo Ball may be entering the NBA with a target on his back thanks to his father's big mouth.

After the former UCLA star was selected second overall by the Los Angeles Lakers in Thursday's draft, LaVar declared his son will "take the Lakers to the playoffs his first year."

Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons appeared to respond to that bold prediction with some shade.

His teammate Joel Embiid asked him to act on that.
