Crowder likes tweets from Celtics fans hoping he gets traded
Jae Crowder won't soon forget the lack of loyalty being shown to him from several Boston Celtics fans.
The 26-year-old forward liked a series of tweets addressed to him on Twitter hoping the Celtics ship him off in a trade.
With Boston having been linked to the likes of Paul George and Jimmy Butler (now with the Minnesota Timberwolves) ahead of Thursday's NBA draft, there was a strong possibility that Crowder would have been one of the pieces involved had a deal been struck.
It was back in January when he called out the fan base for cheering on an opposing player in Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward, who the franchise will reportedly prioritize trying to sign this offseason.
Crowder is locked into his contract through the 2019-20 season, with his deal topping out at $7.8 million the final year.
