The market for Amir Johnson could soon be heating up.
The 6-foot-9 big man is expected to have several suitors when free agency opens Saturday, including the Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls, league sources told ESPN's Ian Begley. The Toronto Raptors, who were previously reported to have interest in Johnson, are also expected to have their eyes on the 12-year veteran.
Johnson is coming off a solid season with the Boston Celtics, averaging 6.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 0.8 blocks on 57.6 percent shooting.
At 30 years old, Johnson is not quite the player he once was, but should help any team looking to add to their frontcourt depth this offseason.
