The Los Angeles Clippers have traded swingman DeAndre Liggins to the Atlanta Hawks for a $1.67-million trade exception, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Atlanta will immediately waive Liggins, Wojnarowski reports.
The 29-year-old was acquired by the Rockets in June and immediately traded to the Clippers as part of the deal that sent Chris Paul to Houston.
The Kentucky product split time between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Dallas Mavericks this past season, averaging 2.5 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.9 assists in 62 games.
