There's no denying coach David Fizdale was popular among those who play for him - although, maybe not Marc Gasol - and it showed after the Memphis Grizzlies fired him 19 games into his second season as head coach.

For eight seasons prior to joining the Grizzlies, Fizdale was an assistant under Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra, winning two championships in 2012 and 2013. Some former players seem irked by his firing.
LeBron James, for instance, made a pretty bold statement:
I need some answers. Feels like my man was a fall guy

Dwyane Wade also took to Twitter to chime in:
I need answers!!! WTF https://t.co/z39oNRQok0

Take that for data, Memphis.
