Frye: 'Pretty scary' that LeBron's only 80 percent engaged
Having won (and lost) a Finals alongside LeBron James, Channing Frye has seen the range of the King's hardcourt powers.
With the Cavaliers enjoying a league-best 11-game winning streak with an average margin of victory of 9.7 points, Frye can't help but marvel at James' abilities.
"Everyone was talking, like 'Hey, this isn't Playoff LeBron,'" Frye explained, citing James' history of saving his peak performances for the postseason. "Usually LeBron gives you 60 percent - this is about 80 percent LeBron and it's looking effortless. (It's) pretty scary."
Since the start of the Cavs' winning streak, James has averaged 27.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 8.4 assists, while shooting 56.2 percent from the floor overall and 45.2 percent on 3-pointers.
LeBron and Co. will look to push their winning streak to a cool dozen Monday against the league-worst Chicago Bulls - a game which may see extended minutes for Frye off the bench.
