Hall of Fame forward Julius Erving is expected to make a full recovery after he was admitted to hospital Friday night.
Erving's management team released an update stating that the 67-year-old has been released, while thanking fans for their well wishes.

Erving left Friday's game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Detroit Piston after he fell ill.
