The Los Angeles Lakers pulled off an impressive 99-86 victory over the Indiana Pacers despite missing Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram. Even more extraordinary is that they did so while only scoring two of their 14 free-throw attempts.

It's the first time since 1963-64 that a team has won despite shooting under 20 percent from the charity stripe, according to Basketball Reference:
| Date | Team | FT | FT% | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01-19-2018 | Lakers | 2-14 | 14.3 | W vs. Pacers |

The Lakers shot 2-14 on free throws Friday, the lowest FT pct (14.3%) by any team in a game in NBA history (min. 10 FTA).

It's a strange way to enter the record books, but at least it's a record involving a victory.
