Kristaps Porzingis has been diagnosed with a torn ACL in his left knee following an MRI on Tuesday, the New York Knicks announced.
Porzingis was injured in the second quarter of Tuesday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. After throwing down a hard dunk over Giannis Antetokounmpo, Porzingis fell awkwardly on his left leg, buckling his left knee and sending the 7-foot-3 forward to the ground in considerable pain.

While the Knicks have yet to release an official timetable for Porzingis' recovery, Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania reports Porzingis and the team are already scheduling season-ending surgery.
