The NBA said Wednesday it's looking into a 2011 sexual assault investigation involving Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.
"The NBA league office is reviewing the 2011 allegations against Mark Cuban and the subsequent findings from the Portland police investigation," league spokesman Mike Bass said, according to The Associated Press.
A report Tuesday showed that Portland authorities investigated Cuban in 2011, but prosecutors decided not to pursue the case. He has denied assaulting the accuser.
The workplace culture within the Mavericks' organization has been in the spotlight since a scathing report last month detailed how Cuban's franchise has mishandled sexual harassment complaints for over a decade.
