Kyrie Irving didn't finish the game.
The Boston Celtics point guard managed to play 16 minutes in the first half of Sunday's 99-97 loss to the Indiana Pacers, but was ruled out for the remainder of the contest due to left knee soreness.
Coach Brad Stevens said afterward he thinks the issue is just general soreness.
The five-time All-Star helped his team amass a 10-point halftime lead thanks to seven points, four rebounds, an assist, and a steal of his own.
Irving missed Monday's game against the Chicago Bulls due to the same issue. It was reported the ailment might cost him multiple games, but he returned in the next contest and carried the C's to a 117-109 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
