Curry out at least 3 weeks with MCL sprain, could reportedly return for playoffs
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 MCL sprain following an MRI on Saturday and will be re-evaluated in three weeks, the team announced.
Despite the timetable and winding season, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports Curry could still return early in the playoffs, which kick off April 14.
Curry suffered the injury Friday against the Atlanta Hawks when teammate JaVale McGee attempted to block Mike Muscala but fell on Curry's left knee in the process.

Curry was appearing in his first game since tweaking his ankle earlier in the month against the San Antonio Spurs, which forced him to miss six contests.
