The NBA announced Wednesday that Portland Trail Blazers guard Evan Turner has been fined $10,000 for making an "inappropriate gesture" in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The league says the gesture occurred with 4:17 remaining in the third. While checking into the game, Turner appeared to motion toward the scorer's table with one hand.

About a minute later, he was involved in a brouhaha between opposing players after Ed Davis tossed Terrance Ferguson to the floor. Turner later said he'd pay Ferguson's fine for the technical foul as a result of the fracas.
