Kemba overtakes Dell Curry as Hornets' all-time leading scorer
Kemba Walker now sits atop the Charlotte Hornets' scoring books.
The Hornets point guard scored his 9,841st career point Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, vaulting him past Dell Curry as the franchise's all-time scoring leader.
Walkers' history-making basket came in the dying seconds of a 118-105 loss, converting a tricky reverse layup just beyond the reach of Cavaliers center Ante Zizic.
