The Cleveland Cavaliers just can't stay healthy.
Cavaliers starting point guard George Hill suffered a sprained left ankle and did not return to Friday's contest against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Hill twisted his left foot on a drive to the hoop midway through the third quarter and staggered gingerly to the locker room.
The 31-year-old Hill is averaging 10 points and three assists while shooting 35.1 percent from deep in 21 games since being traded to the Cavaliers at the deadline.
Jose Calderon finished the game at point guard in place of Hill.
