Those tuning into Raptors postseason broadcasts in recent years have been treated to the sight of thousands of enthusiastic fans packing Maple Leaf Square outside of the Air Canada Centre, a testament to overflowing demand for fans to get as close to the action as possible.
For the sake of the fans' collective immune systems, the Raptors wisely decided to punt on the Game 1 festivities.
The series gets underway at 5:30 p.m. ET Saturday.
