Stephen Curry has been staying active off the court while he rehabs his knee injury, as Sony Pictures announced Monday that it has struck a deal with the Golden State Warriors superstar.

Curry's new production company, Unanimous Media, will now partner with Sony Pictures studios in Culver City, Calif., to "produce film and television projects with a focus on family, faith, and sports themes," per Variety's Justin Kroll.

The deal will also allow Unanimous to explore content in the platforms of virtual reality, electronics, and gaming.

"Partnering with Sony to share inspiring content with a global audience was a foregone conclusion." Curry said.

This deal could also shift the rivalry between Curry and LeBron James to the film world, as James' media group, Uninterrupted, is a partner of Warner Bros. studios.
