LeBron James left Sunday's Game 7 against the Indiana Pacers late in the third quarter, heading back to the locker room with a team trainer following a hard foul on the offensive end.
It was reported at the beginning of the fourth quarter that James left due to cramping, having played the entire game up until that point. He had been caught on camera in the first half saying he planned on playing a full 48 minutes.
The official word on the injury from the Cavs was "minor cramps", according to Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.
James re-entered the game at the 8:25 mark of the fourth quarter.
