Arguably the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA can't seem to buy a bucket from distance against the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference finals.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry entered Game 3 on Sunday having converted just 2-of-13 from 3-point range across Games 1 and 2 at the Toyota Center. During the first quarter at Oracle Arena, the two-time Most Valuable Player continued to struggle from long range, missing five shots from behind the arc.

His five missed 3-pointers tied his personal high for the most in a single quarter in a playoff game, which he's done on two other occasions.

He finished the first half with nine points on 3-of-11 shooting, with an added miss from the perimeter.

Curry made just 51 appearances during the 2017-18 regular season due to injury, but in those games, he drilled two or more 3-pointers on 49 occasions.

He's been unable to reach that mark twice already versus Houston.
