The Houston Rockets plan to honor the victims, survivors, and first responders of the Santa Fe High School shooting before and during Thursday's Game 5 of the Western Conference finals.

The Rockets will offer free tickets to the school's seniors, the team confirmed to ABC13's Jessica Willey. The Rockets will also wear ribbons, and a video tribute is planned - pending NBA approval - according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

"The city has been through a tough time with things in Santa Fe, but hopefully basketball can be a way that people can come and ease their minds, if only for a second," Chris Paul said after the Rockets' Game 4 win, according to LockedOnRockets' Ben DuBose. "Houston, we're coming home."

Eight students and two teachers were killed last Friday after a 17-year-old student opened fire inside the high school. Thirteen others were injured. Santa Fe is located 36 miles southeast of Houston.
