Kendrick Perkins warns Warriors about messing with him
Kendrick Perkins cares not that the Golden State Warriors take issue with his refusal to move aside after Stephen Curry backed into him on the baseline in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
The Cleveland Cavaliers enforcer is actually surprised that anyone, let alone the reigning NBA champions, would dare try to get on his bad side.
"I don't know why people keep wanting to pick battles this way," Perkins told The Boston Globe's Gary Washburn. "Might want to choose that (expletive) wisely, man, (rather) than (expletive) with me. I don't think I'm the problem they want, though, might want to pick another battle."
The Warriors were reportedly concerned that Curry could have injured himself stumbling into Perkins, who made no attempt to move his legs or avoid contact with the two-time MVP. Curry then proceeded to get in the veteran big man's face, with players from both sides intervening to separate the two.

"I was just sitting there and he landed on my leg," Perkins said. "And he was standing over my leg and I don't understand what people want me to do. He was like, 'What you on?' and I'm like, 'What you mean what I'm on?' I'm sitting over here."
The 33-year-old signed with Cleveland on the final day of the regular season, and has yet to see a second of playing time during these playoffs.
