With 4:03 remaining in the fourth quarter of Game 4 and with the Golden State Warriors well ahead on the scoreboard, Akron native LeBron James exited the floor in what could be his final night donning Cleveland Cavaliers colors.
Fans at Quicken Loans Arena showered James with "MVP" chants in appreciation of their King, who finished with 23 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists.
James will likely turn down his $35.6-million player option for the 2018-19 season to enter unrestricted free agency, with his future in Cleveland very much up in the air.
