Lonzo Ball's left knee continues to give him problems.

The No. 2 pick of the Los Angeles Lakers in 2017 has a torn meniscus in his knee, league sources told Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania.

He's still expected to be ready for the start of training camp.

Ball sat the last eight games of his rookie campaign as a result of a left knee contusion, later receiving platelet-rich plasma injections and resuming basketball activities a month after.

He also battled a sprained MCL in the same knee back in January which cost him 15 games.

The 20-year-old point guard wound up making the NBA All-Rookie second team after averaging 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.7 steals, and 0.8 blocks on 36 percent shooting for the 35-win Lakers.
