Report: Grizzlies interested in signing Avery Bradley
Avery Bradley could perhaps end up being part of the solution for curing what ails the Memphis Grizzlies at the wing positions.
Memphis is reportedly looking to use its mid-level exception for an upgrade at the two- or three-spot, with Bradley high on its list of targets, according to the New York Times' Marc Stein.
Bradley will be an unrestricted free agent after splitting the 2017-18 season between the Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Clippers. He only made nine appearances after his trade to the Clippers, though, due to surgery in March to repair abductor and rectus abdominis muscles.
He averaged 14.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and two assists on 41.4 percent shooting across 46 games with both teams.
Memphis finished the year with a 22-60 record and its worst winning percentage (.268) since 2008.
