Giannis asks for Twitter's help in designing his signature Nike shoe
Giannis Antetokounmpo has turned to crowdsourcing as he prepares for the release of his first signature shoe.
The Milwaukee Bucks forward, who signed a long-term sponsorship deal with Nike in November, took to Twitter on Wednesday to ask his followers what they'd most like to see in the product.
What are the top 2 things you would like to see in my signature shoe? #TheGreekFreak1 #StayFreaky #ShoeOfThePeople

So far, the general consensus seems to be a sneaker that's affordable, lightweight, and incorporates Antetokounmpo's Greek and Nigerian roots.
Here are some of the responses:
If he does a Greek Flag there better be a Nigerian one as well ❗️🇳🇬

Greek on one sole freak on the other green and cream colors for Nigeria @vRhino27 good? With Greece flag inner soles? Make the shoe light but powerful! Everybody wins?
