Free-agent center Zaza Pachulia agreed to a one-year, $2.4-million contract with the Detroit Pistons, according to Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania.
The move comes after a two-year stint with the Golden State Warriors during which Pachulia won back-to-back championships. He started every game he played for the franchise in 2016-17 before falling out of the playoff rotation this past season, logging a combined 26 minutes in seven games.
Pachulia, 34, heads to Detroit as a cheap backup option for All-Star center Andre Drummond.
The 6-foot-11 Georgian started 57 of 69 games in the 2017-18 regular season, averaging 5.4 points and 4.7 boards in 14.1 minutes.
