Reserve guard Bryn Forbes has agreed to re-sign with the San Antonio Spurs on a two-year deal, league sources told Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.
With the re-signing, the Spurs bring back their second restricted free agent in as many days after forward Davis Bertans reportedly re-signed with the team on a four-year, $20-million deal Monday morning.
The 24-year-old Forbes took a step forward from his rookie campaign during last season, upping his scoring average from 2.6 to 6.9 points per game while shooting 39 percent from downtown.
He averaged 19 minutes over 80 appearances for San Antonio in his sophomore year.
