Not long after Toronto Raptors president Masai Ujiri's news conference Friday, his former All-Star DeMar DeRozan appeared to respond, perhaps not accepting Ujiri's apology of sorts for Wednesday's blockbuster Kawhi Leonard trade.
The Raptors president said a "gap of miscommunication" may have led DeRozan to believe Ujiri had assured him he was part of the team's long-term plans.
