The Los Angeles Clippers and restricted free-agent forward/center Montrezl Harrell have agreed to a fully-guaranteed two-year, $12-million contract, Harrell's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Harrell made $1.7 million last season, his first in L.A., after arriving from Houston in the Chris Paul trade. A high-energy player who can soak up minutes at the four and five, he averaged 11 points on 63.5 percent shooting in 2017-18.
The Clippers lost starting center DeAndre Jordan in free agency but acquired Marcin Gortat from the Washington Wizards in a trade for Austin Rivers.
Harrell's deal is the first for Rosenhaus as an NBA agent after decades of representing dozens of NFL stars.
