Nick Young says NBA warned him after wearing robe, boxers to playoff game
Nick Young's outfit choice for Game 1 of the Golden State Warriors' first-round playoff series against the San Antonio Spurs was apparently too casual for the NBA's liking.
In an interview with Complex's Adam Caparell, Young revealed that he got a call from the league office after arriving at Oracle Arena wearing a silk robe and boxer shorts.
"They actually called about the robe," Young said. "They thought I really wore boxer shorts. They were like, 'You can't wear boxers and a robe.'"

Young sported another robe during the Warriors' championship parade in June - this time at the encouragement of head coach Steve Kerr and general manager Bob Myers, who told Young to "be full Swaggy."
